About Sin&Co.

Leadership and Legacy

Founder Jonny Sin brings over 20 years of experience delivering high-profile developments across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australasia, and East Asia. Over the past 14 years, he has worked exclusively in the hospitality sector, serving as a Board Director at ReardonSmith Architects where he led major projects for clients including The Dorchester Collection, Grosvenor Estates, and The Reuben Brothers, and collaborated with global brands such as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental, and Wanda Vista.

The studio reflects a belief that successful hospitality projects are shaped not only by design quality, but by the alignment of guest experience, operational clarity and commercial understanding. This approach combines contemporary industry insight with a legacy of architectural practice, grounding the studio in both experience and forward-looking thinking.

Sin&Co.’s leadership also includes Partners Peru Cañada and Xabier Arranz, whose international experience strengthens the studio’s European reach and delivery capability. Together with teams across London, Auckland and Spain, the studio operates with a truly global perspective.

Our leadership is further supported by Non-Executive Chairman Michael Sin, whose four decades of experience across multiple sectors provide long-term perspective and continuity. His involvement reflects the studio’s belief that strong practices are built not only on ambition, but on depth of experience and stewardship.

A Studio That Thinks Strategically

At Sin&Co., design is only part of the role we play. We work alongside clients from the earliest stages of a project, supporting visioning, feasibility, positioning and delivery to ensure design decisions are grounded in how hotels operate and perform.

By bridging architecture, development thinking and operational insight, we help shape projects that are distinctive, commercially resilient and capable of evolving over time. Our aim is not simply to design buildings, but to help create destinations that work for guests, operators and owners alike.
