Landmark Renovation of The Dorchester
The Dorchester has undergone its most significant transformation since 1989, delivered across three carefully phased packages while the hotel remains fully operational. The programme includes upgrades to public areas, comprehensive guestroom refurbishments, major MEP, fire, and acoustic enhancements, and the creation of a new destination restaurant and bar offering panoramic views across London, alongside the renovation and extension of the iconic Penthouse Suites.
Jonny Sin served as Project Director from 2019 to 2025, leading the design across all phases, including the ninth-floor bar and restaurant, and securing both planning and listed building consent for this Grade II listed landmark.
