The Wanda Vista Hotel
A beacon of luxury in the heart of Nine Elms in Central London
Part of the landmark One Nine Elms development on the Thames, the Wanda Vista Hotel was designed within one of the new KPF towers. Spanning the podium and lower tower levels, the scheme planned 170 guestrooms, including three presidential suites, together with a destination restaurant, sky bar, ballroom, spa, gym, swimming pool, and extensive meeting and dining facilities.
While at ReardonSmith Architects, Jonny Sin worked on the hotel’s architectural design between 2015 and 2018 and led the planning of its back-of-house areas, addressing the complex operational and servicing challenges of accommodating a luxury hotel within a constrained mixed-use high-rise development.
