We are delighted to share that Sin&Co. has been recognised as Best Emerging Architecture Studio 2026 at the 9th annual SME UK Enterprise Awards 2026.
The award recognises the studio’s growing presence within the hospitality sector, alongside its commitment to creating experience-led environments shaped by strategic thinking, operational insight and human connection.
Established as a boutique architecture and advisory practice, Sin&Co. was founded with the ambition of bringing a more personal and hospitality-led perspective to architecture and design. With studios in London and Auckland, alongside strategic collaborations internationally, the practice works across hotels, resorts and lifestyle environments from early concept through to delivery.
Since launching, the studio has been involved in an expanding range of local and international opportunities spanning feasibility, concept development, operational planning and hospitality advisory services.
Central to the practice is the belief that hospitality is ultimately about people. This philosophy informs not only the environments the studio creates, but also the way it collaborates with clients, consultants and project teams throughout the design process.
Commenting on the award, Founder and Managing Director Jonny Sin said:
“To receive this recognition so early in Sin&Co.’s journey is incredibly rewarding. From the outset, the ambition was to build a boutique studio centred around collaboration, creativity and a deeper understanding of how hospitality environments operate, while offering a more personal and relationship-led way of working.
We are extremely grateful for the trust and support we have received from the hospitality community since launching the business and would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the studio’s growth so far. We look forward to continuing to develop the practice in the years ahead."
